Privacy Notice

This Notice explains how Genesis Evo Technology LLC, the operator and developer of Genesis Evo, handles information when you create observer access, submit prompts, upload files, generate outputs, purchase plans, use memory features or interact with the website.

1. Information We Process

Account and access data, such as email address, locale, access tokens, consent records and membership status.
Prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs, artifact previews, memory fragments and feedback you provide.
Usage, device, security and performance signals such as timestamps, route class, feature usage, error logs and approximate request metadata.
Payment and billing metadata from payment processors, such as plan, transaction status and customer identifiers. Full card details are handled by the payment provider.
When you use Evo Synlume: your public community profile and posts; declared interests, expertise, coarse region and connection intentions; reactions, comments and bookmarks; connection requests; participant-only messages; safety reports; community-rules acceptance; and your Evo consent and access history.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide the Service, generate outputs, maintain account memory, route requests, send access emails, process payments, prevent abuse, debug errors, improve quality, measure demand, personalize future results and comply with legal or platform obligations.

3. AI And Tool Providers

Requests may be processed by infrastructure, AI model, email, payment, analytics, storage and security providers. These providers process information so the Service can run, deliver outputs, prevent abuse and complete transactions.

4. Memory And Retention

Genesis Evo may keep useful context as memory fragments or project memory to make future work more continuous. We may retain records as long as reasonably needed for service operation, security, billing, legal compliance, dispute handling, product improvement or backup recovery.

5. Evo Synlume Community

“Everyone on Synlume” posts and profile fields are visible to signed-in Synlume members. Connections-only posts and direct messages are limited to the relevant connected participants, subject to access controls, blocking and safety review where content is reported. Matching is off by default and uses only intentions and profile signals members declare; it does not infer sensitive traits or use precise location. Age eligibility is an 18+ self-attestation, not identity or age-document verification.

Evo cannot automatically post, message or accept a connection. Community content is available to Evo only after a specific one-time selection or an explicit, revocable scope grant. Synlume records the scope, purpose, result count and time of each Evo context access.

A Synlume account export can include a participant copy of messages from conversations that include you. Your own message body is copied as stored. Before a peer-authored body enters the export, limited high-confidence checks redact email, phone, credential and token patterns and add a redaction flag plus category labels; the matched value is not included in those labels. Peer account identifiers, peer email fields, peer profile records, peer client request identifiers and conversations you did not participate in are excluded. These automated checks reduce common disclosure risks but cannot promise to identify every sensitive phrase.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product. We may share information with service providers, payment processors, legal or safety reviewers, or authorities where necessary to operate, secure, defend or comply with obligations for the Service.

7. Cookies And Similar Storage

Genesis Evo uses necessary first-party cookies or local storage for sign-in, session security, payments and remembering your privacy choice. Optional preference storage may remember your language only when you allow it. Genesis Evo does not currently use cross-site advertising or retargeting cookies. You can review or change your choice at any time through Cookie settings or read the Cookie Policy.

8. Your Choices

You may avoid submitting sensitive content. Signed-in members can request an account export or deletion and track the request from Data Rights. Support remains available for access or correction requests and for cases where sign-in is unavailable. Some records may be retained where required for security, payment, dispute, legal or operational reasons.
